Strategy
Research is the corner stone of our business and before we enter any market or take on a new project a full due diligence report is undertaken to make sure we have control, limit risk and thus have the advantage.
Unfortunately it is rare that investment companies under take full due diligence with their priorities being what is in it for them. In many cases they have done no more research than read the information the developer or agent has sent them. We make sure our clients see exactly why we think the investment is appropriate and operate an 'open book' policy to all our research.
Not only do we research our investments fully we make sure we fully understand our clients.
Many investment companies will market specific projects in a blanket effect to all their clients with little thought on whether it is suitable for their situation. We work the other way around, the right way round. After a full consultation on your financial situation and what your objectives are we will discuss a number of strategies and once we are in agreement we will go away and source an investment that fits your criteria.
